Abstract

The authors of the work conducted a study to study the provoking factors of preterm birth and their consequences in the neonatal period of adaptation. The main clinical manifestations of complications of premature rupture of the membranes are considered: RDS, early and late neonatal sepsis, neurological disorders. The possibility of predicting the outcomes of PRFM in preterm birth by determining cytokines in the serum and urine of preterm infants has been established.
