Abstract

In modern and rapidly changing realities, banking marketing plays a special role. It is one of the most important functions that determine the banking strategy of behavior in the financial market. Now marketing is not just a part of the bank's activities, it involves the creation of a certain ideology, a brand that positions the bank in the market as a separate, unique object and thereby forms the trust of the population.
