Abstract

The article discusses the use of tea in the historical tradition and the features of its preparation, describes the beneficial properties of different varieties of this drink and its healing effect in the treatment of diseases of the digestive, nervous, cardiovascular system and the formation of immunity. Attention is also paid to the use of useful and healing properties of tea in cosmetology.
