This article is devoted to the results of the ongoing reforms in the government, in particular, in the creation of norms of government, the effectiveness of public participation in the preparation of regulations, the legal framework for public participation, the role and importance of public participation in the field to increase the practical significance of the legislation on participation, to analyze concepts such as public discussion, public expertise” and to improve them in legal and practical terms.
