Uzbekistan has adopted a law on "Safety of hydraulic structures." It provides data on the purpose of the law, definitions, cadastre, management monitoring and responsibilities. The purpose of this law is to prevent, reduce and protect people from risks in the design, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance and restoration of hydraulic structures. The article describes the measures for the operation of the irrigation system.
