Abstract

This article analyzes the specifics of the documents of the Constitutional Court. In addition, according to the content of the adopted documents, the role of the Constitutional Court as a positive or negative lawmaker has been analyzed based on national and foreign experience. Analyzed the opinions of legal scholars in this regard and developed conclusions and recommendations.
