Abstract

The article analyzes antitrust control over mergers and acquisitions in the European Union. The correlation of competences of the European Union and member states in the field of mergers and acquisitions regulation was analyzed. Using the examples of Germany, France and Great Britain the antitrust control of the EU member states is discussed.
